Pros

Working here has made me much more attentive to small details I might have overlooked in the past. I'm also improving both my speed and accuracy. Looking back, I can clearly see how much progress I've made since coming here.

Cons

It takes intense concentration to maintain consistency across large batches of photos.

Pros

Opportunities to improve editing skills and speed while still maintaining consistency across projects. Wide variety of editing work that doesn’t sacrifice creativity. Exploring different styles instead of repetitive editing assignments every day. Managers expecting accountability while still giving editors room to handle projects independently.

Cons

The volume of work can be overwhelming sometimes.

Pros

It’s a creative environment with interesting AI tools and constant exposure to new technologies, so there’s no repetitive work. My teammates are energetic and supportive, and although the demands are high, there’s a sense of humor and community here. The benefits are solid, including paid time off and health coverage.

Cons

Project schedules, deadlines, and expectations are tough.
