Pros

Great team and in office 4/5 days a week. The team is fairly small so there’s access to CEO and higher ups with ease. The office is in Culver City which is great

I wouldn’t call it a con but I would say it’s a place where you would have to love what you do.

Every campaign I touch has its own twist. New brand, different creator mix, or last-minute changes that need quick thinking. Never feel alone solving it. I’m surrounded by people who step in fast with ideas. The professional development support is a big help. Sharpens both creative and project management skills. And I won’t lie—the generous PTO helps when I need to fully reset between big campaign cycles.

Cons

Sometimes change feels slow, but it’s happening.
