SocialToaster has a small team environment with a rapidly growing staff. Many employees have been on the team since the start of SocialToaster and really are committed to growing the company. Culture: As many team members that can attend have lunch together every day and lunch is ordered every day to take the hassle out of getting food delivered. Happy hours and outings are organized and well attended.
Cons
SocialToaster is a startup that has to make shifts quickly. The idea of having a full map of exactly what you need to do every single day isn't something that is possible but the upside is that you are able to have input in day to day decisions.
