Pros
At SocialWithin you get the freedom to make a difference and do your best work. Autonomy is expected. You truly feel like you're the CEO of your own role and see the impact you are making. The entire team cares about you and is always very welcoming to help you level up.
Cons
No major cons! SocialWithin is a growing fast and if you aren't up for the ride, it could be hard for you to fit in.

Pros
- People: Everyone is always striving to be the best version of themselves, and teammates want that for you too. The team trades books and recommendations all the time, and there's a healthy feedback culture. I actually enjoy coming to work every day. - Service: The company actually values its clients and puts their success above anything, even if it means the agency makes less money - Growth: The company doubled in size last year and continues to grow quickly. As an employee at a startup, I feel really confident in our future - Perks: Free lunch every day, free gym membership, 100% covered medical benefits. For a startup that isn't venture-backed, I've been really impressed
Cons
Not really a con but, because of all the growth and momentum, things develop and change quickly. Most people love that and look for that, but some people don't like environments like that and prefer the slower speed of a bigger company.
