Pros

Leadership and peers showcase great integrity in how they operate – with honesty and transparency. Product is incredibly strong and differentiated. Opportunity to be category leader. While it is a culture of hard work and grit, there is a great deal of collaboration and support I get from leaders that I have never experienced in any other role. There is a drive to WIN that ripples throughout the culture, and a focus on customer satisfaction and product innovation. C-suite are innovators who have been in the space for years and helping to create the new category.

Cons

The company is fully remote, so it is important to be able to work effectively and collaborate well in a virtual environment. Fast pace, and frequently integrating learnings in a quickly-evolving space that keep you on your toes. It is exciting, but also requires nimbleness and grit.

Fast paced startup where things are constantly changing and expectations shift based on needs of the business. This isn't a place where you sit in your hands and wait for work to come to you. You have the ability to create process, inject thought leadership, leverage past experiences, and ultimately define what success means. Create opportunities for not only yourself but the customers you partner with and colleagues you support.
