      I have been at Soco for over a year now, I have never worked anywhere before where I have felt as supported in my role. The working environment is so positive and uplifting. There is so much career progression, and also personal growth, just through the amazing working environment.

      Incredible team, super supportive, and encouraging. Working with a team who has a genuine passion and love for what they do has been a breath of fresh air for me! Incredible progression opportunities are always an added bonus
