The employees are really friendly and nice. Even if it's not their own work, they help each other and are friendly. It has new and unique technologies in the field of batteries, and the future prospects are very bright. Even now, global conglomerates are making love calls. In addition, the benefit is pretty good.

Cons

A lot of work. The pace of work is fast. Multitasking is required. Active participation is required.

Everybody seems hardworking, good-natured, friendly, and diverse. A lithium-ion battery start-up is an exciting business to be a part of and feels like a good place to develop professionally.

Cons

As a smaller company, sometimes you can be asked to pick up some tasks that might seem outside your area of expertise, and it can get pretty busy. Very hands-on workflow.
