Even though it's a global company, it's small enough that you get to know a lot of people quickly. Management are very accessible, plus we have weekly company updates that ensure everyone has an opportunity to know what's going on in all areas of the business. The company is very diverse, investing in its people through leadership development, training, and mentoring employees as they take on new challenges. Compensation is fair and takes into account economic factors where the employees live.

Cons

People who prefer a job where the responsibilities are crystal-clear and their work doesn't change much from day-to-day would not like working here. Due to the small size of the company, each position requires a broad skill set and adaptability to solve problems and achieve goals.
