Fast-paced, loads of work, great team involvement and input. Working for a start-up is a unique experience because you get to be part of its growth. Completing projects, gaining more clients, hiring more people - always exciting!

Cons

The pressure to get everything done. Long hours at times, and that training and procedures are still being developed. Patience is key.
