      Pros

      I love working here! I come from a sales background and loved what I did but needed to switch things up. SoftVu has been the perfect new home for me. I love everyone at the office, we all work together to achieve our goals, and everyone is very supportive. The benefits are great - my husband, son, and I all have coverage through SoftVu. Plus, we are highly encouraged to volunteer for our community as a team in our free time. The work is challenging and always keeps you on your toes.

      Cons

      You will work hard and sometimes long hours, but you also get to play hard.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 5 weeks and have enjoyed every experience along the way! The culture is extremely warm and welcoming and I have not had any issues getting what I need when it comes to feedback! I was trained on my given responsibilities and have not experienced any micro-management, allowing me to work up to my full potential. The atmosphere is laid-back and trustworthy, which results in tremendous production! I am proud to be a part of this community and am excited to see what it becomes.

      Cons

      As with any start-up, training is present, but not complete. It was a loose process, but open to suggestions and inclusive in the process of development.

      Pros

      Softvu has more than doubled since I've started (from ~20 to >40) and seems committed to bringing in very high quality people. With SeniorVu growth, the company now has the feel and DNA of a (high growth) startup rather than a small company - with the added benefit and stability of having been around for 17+ years. SoftVu leadership has very lofty goals but in my experience they have also shown that they are willing to make the necessary investments to execute and achieve those goals.

      Cons

      High growth startups are not for everyone. If you don't like blazing new trails or loosely defined processes then it's probably not a good fit.
