We have a very problem-solving culture and thinking out-of-the-box is our way to move forward.

Cons

Sometimes you need to be more accountable in multiple platforms than you think and you may realize that you hardly stay focus on your goals. So, you need to constantly update your actionable tasks in order to stay committed to accomplishing your goals on-time.
