Pros

The firm is well positioned and has tremendous potential to expand into additional regulated industries. Excellent work/life balance and opportunities for advancement. Very happy with my choice to leave an established investment bank to join a forward thinking firm. The company puts great faith and trust in its people -- it is really on the individual person to properly manage their own schedule, deliverables, and expectations. If you have ever wanted to be a part of something special, then Softec Solutions is the place. Softec is building a team and a company culture that makes IT staffing fun, challenging and rewarding. It fosters growth in all aspects of life and provides a vehicle to accomplish your goals. The team is supportive, caring and focused on being better everyday. I have never been part of such a great team that always puts other first and works together with passion, drive and enthusiasm to push each other to create successful habits. The company truly invest in its employees and values everyone's voice and creativity. Every day is always different and you feel fulfilled with the work that you are doing. There is something truly different about Softec Solutions and it was evident from day one!

Cons

The environment is dynamic and fast paced. If you are not willing to wear multiple hats, willing to help others and be pushed to improve, then I am sure there are other options out there. It is strong team environment. Everyone has to do their part to make the team better. This is not for everyone.
