      Pros

      Its a small office environment, but the people here are wonderful. Everyone pulls their weight. I'ts easy to approach coworkers from all levels of management. People really work as a team, and focus on getting the job done.

      Cons

      I enjoy working here, don't have any cons to mention

      Pros

      The people here were wonderful. They were able to help me with any questions that I had, and give me jobs that I could complete, but were still challenging enough for me. Lunch time was always a good experience, with everyone occasionally going out, or the occasional video game session.

      Cons

      Due to the relatively small size of employees, and especially on earlier days in the week, it was occasionally hard for me as an intern to find enough work to fill the time that I was here. However I was able to ask around for other people who weren't necessarily in my section of the company, and was able to get various jobs from them.

      Pros

      Great team, in a relatively small business within a much larger and stable company. Very helpful group who made it easy to get started. Softrax has very strong solutions, is an industry leader with big growth opportunities ahead. Global footprint also, as they provide solutions for revenue management issues that every public and most private companies need to address quickly now with new FASB/IASB guidance.

      Cons

      I'm new and in the West, so I would only say that we have a bigger East presence than West at this point, but that's not really a Con but more of an opportunity.
