      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Solentive. You are surrounded by a group of "A" grade workers that allow you to perform at your best. Very flexible and transparent workplace. Big focus on work/life balance. Special shout out to the consulting team.

      Cons

      You will be given all the tools to succeed. At the same time bieng a small company personal organisation and multitasking skills are required to succeed. If you come from a large company it can be a shock and take a bit of adjustment.

      Pros

      Solentive puts a great deal of effort into a positive people culture and it shows. It is a happy workplace, with a motivated, dynamic team

      Cons

      A smaller company means that you need to wear multiple 'hats'. This can be frustrating if you are used to a larger company with more strongly defined roles.
