Pros

From CEO Babs on down, Solerity mgmt cares for the employees and is responsive to needs and requests. They send birthday gifts, get-well cards and products, assist during times of bereavement, host happy hour get-togethers, virtual holiday parties (b/c of dispersed workforce) with super giveaways, on and on. Good fair pay and solid benefits package. I believe the superior employee support is there because the mgmt CARE factor is there.

Thank you for your review! Our employees need to stay current or we, and our customers, will fall behind. Professional development is the means to that end. In addition we offer tuition reimbursement for those seeking higher education. Over the past year we have fine-tuned our communication approach with our geographically dispersed employees and will continue to do so.
