      Pros

      Took care of its employees which produced better workers and better product.

      Cons

      Allowed themselves to be bought by a company that isn't even based in US. Lost connection with employees. Watched many good people quit.

      This company has it together! The corporate system is second to none, quality from top to bottom. Almost everyone was great to work with and the company culture is great!
