      Everyone here is treated as a close friend you've known for years. People are always there to help. It's actually like a family that gets along and genuinely cares about each other. Unlimited PTO

      Not really a con, but very competitive industry which means hiring can be slow and the company is extremely busy. Can be difficult to get any downtime.
