Pros

* Open minded and collaborative executive team. * Lots of trust to employees, irregardless of title and rank. * See the execs on a daily basis. They are on the ground floor working just as hard as everyone. * Lots of career growth opportunities. * Very smart and passionate colleagues. Nobody is asked to stay late or the weekends, but there's a strong feeling of shared fate of success, so everyone works really hard and doesn't complain about it. * Mentorship by proximity. * Growing quickly.

Cons

* Growing quickly (this is a pro and a con). Lots of new faces. This doesn't mean that the new team members are bad, just hard keeping a close-knit feel. * You are expected to be flexible to sudden curveballs, e.g. make something work in one week that technically won't be ready for one more month, but fake it somehow.

Pros

SOLOSHOT breeds a culture that is about pushing yourself in the office as well as outside of it. Not only is the work expectation level extremely high, but it is expected that you live the brand. Get outside, be active, push your limits, and make sure you capture it on film to remember it forever. SOLOSHOT looks for culturally connected employees, that can relate to the customers who are out being active in any sport or activity.

Cons

We are all so driven to take this product to the top, that we forget to partake in the activities that drew us to SOLOSHOT in the first place.
