      Pros

      I started a few years ago and the management has always seen my talents and approached me with better opportunities. Any idea that I have come up with to better myself or the company has been encouraged and fostered. The people are inviting and awesome! I have been treated very well by everyone from my coworkers, managers, and COO.

      Cons

      This company is fast paced and if someone doesn't want to change with the times and embrace new ideas, then they may not like it here.
