Pros
Solutelia Offers a wide array of opportunities to individual to enter into the RF engineering world. While some may not have any experience Solutelia takes the time to train and develop people. The Industry is very difficult to enter and Solutelia has created a gateway for people. The company has been growing rapidly and is constantly creating new opportunities for people to succeed. If there is a goal in the company someone strives for, they are given the chance to be a success. A great atmosphere and hardworking individuals make this company one of a kind. Solutelia is growing and continue to develop allowing for opportunities.
Cons
Like all careers nothing is perfect. Solutelia has experienced a rapid growth and with rapid growth comes growing pains. Growing pains are not a bad thing but do create a lot of work. Long hours and often demanding workloads can be expected but this is common with all companies that experience growth. Sometimes the hours worked can be long and sometimes the deadlines are to short but in reality this is something that is not specific to Solutelia but rather any company this size.

Pros
Plenty of opportuinty to learn and progress. I am not sure why someone would call this company a Indian sweat shop. I am one of 5 foreign nationals currently working for the company in Denver. We are all currently sponsored with H1B. I talked to two former employees that Solutelia sponsored their Green Cards. This is one of reasons I decided to work with them. My employment has also seen two seperate raises in the year that I have been here. Anyone who has a problme with this company was most likely a poor employee.
Cons
Long hours and a lot of traveling on many jobs in the field.
