Leadership is approachable, and there’s a genuine effort to invest in people’s growth both professionally and personally. It’s a fast-paced environment, but you’re surrounded by great colleagues and a team-first mindset.

      They've got a process that works within highly technical/niche roles The team is awesome- you feel connected even when working remotely Hard work is rewarded and the swag is pretty cool!

      Cons

      The roles are challenging and niche which won't suit everyone (but if you want to develop, it's a great place to do so!)
