      Pros

      SolveDirect is small so, employees have high visibility to upper management. Good experience for someone starting a career.

      Cons

      SolveDirect is small so, employees have to work more than 50 hrs a week. Employees have to perform roles outside of job description without any compensation.

      Pros

      It is a relativly small company but has a lot of growth, the company has recently expanded to the USA. The company treats employees very well, including but not limited to generous breaks.

      Cons

      I would say i did not see the opportunity to help change existing system such as the Wiki
