      the culture, the pay, the flexible hours, the benefits package, team support, brand new building

      Cons

      Our parent company is German. We are challenged by the cultural differences and communication at times. Most people have shared offices, not a lot of privacy but there are private rooms that we can move to.

      Get to go to Europe for a few weeks. Company originated in Germany.

      Cons

      Growing pains, but that is to be expected. Company has been in the US for 10 years servicing machines, and is just now building new machines in the States
