Cons

When I come in on a Friday all the good snacks have been eaten.

Great company to work for

Pros

Great product and service. The team is one of the nicest I have worked with, all very good at what they do and hard-working. Nice office in central Brighton, with snacks and drinks provided. Hybrid working, so two days in the office minimum.

Cons

It has been tough in the industry for many reasons, and the company has had to pivot, and as a result, some good people have left. The communication isn't great across the company, which I think can be worked on.

Supportive team environment with a strong focus on collaboration and development. Management is approachable and open to feedback. The work is challenging in a good way and helps you grow professionally. Good benefits and flexibility for work-life balance.

Cons

Some internal processes can feel a bit outdated or slow to adapt. Communication between departments could be improved to ensure better alignment on goals.
