Encouraging work environment where you area able to get your hands on a lot of different projects and learn from your team. A hardworking, but laid back culture which allows you the freedom to be yourself, work remotely if need be, and have a voice. Due to the size of the company, we are able to do fun outings together and decisions (such as where the new office would be located or how we want to decorate) are made as a team, so everyone feels comfortable in their space.
