Sound Publishing has some of the most dedicated employees I've ever worked alongside. There are many opportunities for both lateral and upward career development. Each operation is encouraged to operate with an entrepreneurial spirit. Although Sound Publishing has gone through many changes and challenges in the last few years, they consistently treat their employees fair. The benefits are great. If someone is looking for a job where they can make a difference in their communities, Sound Publishing is a perfect fit.

Cons

Although the pay isn't the best for some, senior management has worked the last few years diligently to bring wages up to a more competitive level.

Sound Publishing is constantly progressing in how it shares it's news so as an employee you get to increase your knowledge in the latest media platforms which makes you a very employable in the media/advertising industry. Management is flexible,encouraging and open to employee's ideas. Ongoing training.

Not in the top income category of business but commensurate with this size company.
