      Pros

      An enthusiastic, dynamic, and fun company creating a positive impact in the music industry. The founders really value and care for their employees.

      Cons

      There were expected early startup hiccups as you could imagine. Sometimes there was a lack of transparency and direction from leadership. Hopefully, that has improved.

      Pros

      Keep Creators Creating: that's our mantra. Such amazing founders who have put a clear mission in front of us, and have built up an amazing music library to enable creators to use music legally. Culture is great here, as everyone is somewhat of a creative themselves, so we all really believe in the mission and it shows. I work in sales, and honestly it makes it easy to sell because the library itself is so good that it practically sells itself. I would definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      It's fully remote, which means that sometimes if you work in a smaller department you may not talk to as many people all the time and you have to make a little bit of effort to reach out to get to know people.
