Pros

Clear vision and direction, no politics and a founder that genuinely cares. Very strong back office/support team. The business feels like it’s on a journey. Ive been really impressed with the level of care that goes into clients and doing things right without cutting corners. Very strong brand in the technology space.

None that I can see so far.

I joined the SGI Academy as a fresh recruiter with very basic knowledge of the industry. The Academy was a 6 week intensive training course that covered everything from start to finish. You feel very supported throughout the whole process and its a brilliant way to find your feet within the recruiting world. Everyone who is involved at SGI makes you feel so welcomed and are always there to help you with anything. The chemistry in the office is something that is quite rare to find, its an environment where you are excited to come into work day in and day out. If you are looking to start a career in recruiting then I would highly recommend SGI.
