      Pros

      Great opportunity to make $1000+ a week. Merit based, so your work ethic and student mentality is the only think keeping you from your goals. Commission PLUS bonuses. Full paid training.

      Cons

      Long hours and work on Saturday, but you have opportunity to earn Saturday’s off. No base pay. Not much personal time for yourself or family.

      Pros

      South Matrix has not only opened the door for me to advance in my career, but to develop myself as a person on a day-to-day basis. Every day is an opportunity to improve, learn and achieve the goals I set for myself. What sets this company apart is its culture. I have never had a position before where I can truly say I work with my closest friends. This office feels more like a family than anything else. Everyone comes in each day, not only to develop themselves, but to help others around them improve. This company has created an environment where I am filled with excitement every time I walk through the door.

      Cons

      This is a merit-based opportunity. I will only get the results equal to the amount of work I put in. There are no short cuts. If I am not ready to put in the effort, I will not see the same results as those around me who are willing to work harder.

      Development in Sales, Advanced Communications, and Negotiations

      Pros

      While working at South Matrix, I have gained invaluable sales knowledge and experience. The team has supported me every step of the way through my training and development in advanced communications and negotiations. I never thought I would advance in my career as quickly as I am. The upbeat environment makes going to work enjoyable and creates an atmosphere of success for all involved.

      Cons

      If you want to work in a normal office setting where you are micro-managed, this job is not for you. In this role, it is important to be detail and goal oriented and especially self motivated; the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
