      The company is well established. The benefits are comparable to large corporations. The company rewards and promotes employees for hard work creating an accountable and competitive environment for those willing to put in the effort.

      Worked for SSP for 5+ years in Sales enjoyed my time working with them. Great company with hardworking and honest leadership with a vision and passion with what they provide.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons. If I did not start my own business in building homes I would still be part of the team.

      Pros

      I have been with SSP well over 10 years.(almost 14) and it is a great company to work for. The leadership at SSP promotes success for both the employees and the company. They promote loyal and qualified employees from inside the organization. I have seen this approach since day one.

      Cons

      with growth over the years the hardest part is obtaining people who share our same goals and vision. Once they get their feet in the door, they are life longers, though.
