      SoBo has a great culture that focuses on growth, relationships, and doing one's best. The work environment can be challenging, but the challenge is what leads to growth, new discoveries, and wisdom. Coworkers are like family and they have your back. The company cares about the team by putting the team first, investing in training, and seeking always to grow. A wonderful workplace with great benefits and a fantastic culture.
