      - Great people & great atmosphere - Unique awesome product with a commitment to improving it! - Love the location!

      It's a startup so still figure out processes but actually really supportive of whatever tools might be needed as long as reasonable in price

      Hybrid work (mostly remote), annual raises, opportunities for promotions, solid benefits, very nice people, honorable with regard to payroll, vacation days, etc.

      Cons

      High turnover, inadequate planning and spontaneous changes often lead to scope creep, crunch, and completed work needing to be redone
