Pros

It is great to work for a company that is dedicated to helping people live–and work–well every day. Atmosphere is very creative, co-workers are fun -and there are onsite yoga classes and massage!

Cons

Spafinder is not for people who just want to work 9 to 5 and do the minimum to get by. And it is not for anyone who doesn't have a sense of humor.

Pros

I was fortunate to work with a wonderful group of people who respected each other but also really liked each other, which made for a great environment. The senior management team was bright, driven and set a tone for collaboration throughout the company. Employees supported each other and many friendships resulted in the time together. Spafinder has been around for a long time so there are legacy issues to evolve which is really positive and interesting for those that like challenges and building new things. Working for a leader in the wellness industry at a time of such growth was very exciting and rewarding.

Cons

The company moved to Miami and I had to stay in NYC for personal reasons.

Worked at SpaFinder until they moved to Miami as I chose to stay in NYC. Great culture, great opportunity for career development for motivated individuals. Great technology focus for a health and wellness organization.

Cons

The only con for me was that they moved to Miami! Other than that, I had a great experience and maintain some great industry contacts
