-competitive pay -relaxed, casual environment (not corporate at all) -Free lunch on Weds -frequent happy hours and company outings -office is clean, tech is good and works well, lots of snacks always available

Cons

-location isn't great -owners are bizarre

Great benefits, friendly coworkers, clear and realistic expectations, excellent knowledge base, and lots of resources. Free Seamless every Wednesday.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but this is deadline-driven and repetitive work. If that's not your jam, then it probably won't work out. Also, the clients can be very difficult.
