Spartronics is a great place to work. The people are amazing. The culture promotes development from within. and encourages people to think outside the box to contribute in new ways.

Cons

Working under the umbrella of a large corporation has it's difficulties. Sometimes it feels like you are a number to the corporate folks, but at the specific site, you never feel unappreciated.

Cons

I don't know the new leadership very well, but I have seen them more than I thought I would. They are already making so many positive changes. Not really any major cons so far!
