A lot of things going on. One of the few bright spots for Manufacturing in the Phoenix area. Lots of opportunity to get in on something new. Very smart dedicated people that understand the industry.

Cons

In a couple of years, I wonder what will happen when things level out. Heath benefits really suck. Make sure you get extra money coming in to compensate for this.

Safety is number one over everything, they are a VPP company.

Cons

You find out on Wednesday your schedule for the rest of the week, a lot of overtime
