      Supportive and transparent exec team, supportive, Amazing workplace experience team. Opportunity to learn and grow and be part of the process. Generous benefits and vacation benefits.

      Cons

      There are no cons - I know my role I know what I need to do to get on in the company. Everything is great.

      Solid careers in tech in a farming area

      Pros

      - good (if not silicon valley) salaries - competitive (large company) benefits - Helluva lot better commute than Silicon Valley for a tech position. - Long term, friendly still almost family environment - has remained solid under corporate ownership from 2008. Solid top management.

      Cons

      Aging and difficult to understand industry. Doesn't appeal to all. Difficulty finding solid people in manufacturing, making it hard to expand business.
