In the last year, this firm has stepped up its game in onboarding, new advisor development, and ongoing training/support. Our new advisors have the opportunity to equip clients to live their best lives and empower them to secure their financial futures and protect the ones they love.
Cons
None! I am able to run my business the way that I feel the most passionate about and get all of the support from my leadership team and CEOs that I need. This role allows me to set my own value to the time I spend working my business!

Only set back was COVID cutbacks. Not something they could have anticipated.
