      Pros

      SST cares about their employees and provides a great work environment. I genuinely enjoy working for them. The company leaders take an interest in the wellbeing of employees.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but is acceptable.

      Pros

      SST cares about the employees and promotes a positive corporate culture. Very competitive benefits including health care, 401K match, PTO and holidays. Management is approachable and responsive with an open-door policy.

      Cons

      Most work is performed under contract with the Federal Government and is subject to those rules and regulations.

      Pros

      SST is a small business with an owner that cares about his employees. SST provides health care coverage free for the employee. The management team cares about the employees and their development and career growth.

      Cons

      The only negative is there is not a tuition reimbursement program.
