I worked at Sphere Group in the London office after graduating from university and really enjoyed my time there. It was a close knit team and everyone was always friendly, sociable and very helpful. I received thorough training which continued throughout my time there and felt I gained a lot of valuable commercial knowledge from the role. As I gained experience, I felt increasingly trusted to make decisions, to take on more challenging work and to interact with clients independently. My suggestions were always taken on board which made me feel like a valued member of the company and there was variety to the role that kept it interesting.

I worked at Sphere Group for a few months after I completed University and found the culture and staff fantastic. Though It did not work out long term for me, I have to say that the management and were all top class and I felt like a valued member of the team from day one. Likewise, the training was structured to maximise progression in a way that is sensible and makes you feel like you're actually progressing. Colleagues are also exceptionally helpful and are always happy to help.
