Pros

Very meaningful work. Team is very supportive. snacks always available. Management is approachable and understanding wants to do what's best got their team. Hours are great. With On call which helps you make more especially if you get any calls. you will make time in a half per hour worked. Theres room for growth with in the company as it is expanding.

Cons

Open 24/hrs, 365 days a year. Holiday work is rotated and schedule is flexible. Holiday pay included for any holiday worked in office or on call.

Pros

The people are wonderful. Management is working hard to make the company better in many aspects. Both a better company to work for and better to serve our clients. Management is very open to feedback and actually implementing said feedback, which is hard to find. I think a lot of the past bad reviews speak to systemic issues that plagued the company, but we've done a lot of work to come back from those and get to a place that is enjoyable to work at. We are sure to appreciate employees at every level for all sorts of achievements from birthdays to work anniversaries to graduations. We have perks around the office. We try to maintain a "work hard, play hard" mentality around the office as much as possible. My hope is that as we continue to move forward, these reviews trend in the right direction as our employees are much more satisfied and attrition decreases.

Pros

I started working for SphereMD in 2019. This year I have seen management work long and hard in adapting to all the changes that have happened over the past few years and to address any weaknesses (with extra help from consultants), and to keep what they have done right but question if that could even be done better. The current owners and managers are committed to bringing the company forward in alignment with their newly stated core values – which are full of heart and respect for employees as well as the company’s clients. For myself, I have been able to work a flexible schedule when I have needed to (to take care of an ill family member) and I have been given regular pay raises and bonuses. I am told regularly how much I am appreciated, and I feel respected and valued. I feel that I have great communication with, and support from, my manager. I look forward to working for SphereMD for many more years to come.

Cons

Over the years I have seen the company grow rapidly and then go through the COVID pandemic with more work than they could handle and not enough staff to fill all the positions (like a lot of other companies in Portland). I have seen a lot of employees come and go.
