They are very flexible and there is always someone willing to help if you need it. You get paid weekly too! You maintain a very healthy work life balance, because you literally cant access anything work related outside of the office. Also, overtime is extremely rare. In fact, overtime is limited to only 4 hours of cumulative overtime a month. In the rare cases it is needed, you are asked, not required.

Cons

You are asked to clock out to go to the restroom. Insurance is only subsidized by the company for the employee. If you have a family and want them on the insurance, you will have to pay the full premium for the other members of your family.

The people were great, the projects were fun, I felt adequately challenged every day, and my compensation was reflective of my effort.

Cons

Certain personalities are unable to meet their high standards.
