Pros

There are a lot of great people who work here and the atmosphere is laid back. I don't need benefits because I'm still covered under my parents, but the company gives you $200 a month for waiving them.

Cons

Some of the teams don't communicate well and there seems to be a lot of bottlenecking when it comes to decision making.
