Pros
Fast paced team environment. Since it's a smaller startup, you really get the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats, and have your hand in every aspect of the business. Leadership is great about listening and implementing ideas from anyone on the team.
Cons
This is a start-up with a disruptive industry idea, so there is risk.

Pros
One of the best things about Splitcart is the work enviroment. It is an enviroment where all ideas are welcome and creative critical thinking is encouraged. As whole your voice is heard and you know you are appreciated. Goals are always set and everyone from top to bottom understands them and strives to bring the company to new heights.
Cons
I do not have any downsides!
