      An amazing team-best group of people I have ever worked with. This culture in Juvenile (Dependency Unit) makes it easy to show up and do a difficult job.

      Cons

      It can be very hard work and frustrating to see systemic issues impacting families. This can sometimes feeling like you are fighting a losing battle.
