      Pros

      SpotMe is a flexible employer which provides very satisfying learning opportunities and resources. I like the effort towards transparency of the management, it is much appreciated internally by all employees. Excellent practice of doing quarterly retreats.

      Some teams may be a bit understaffed to an extent.
