Good Team, but volatile job security (at the time)

Pros
- Flexible time (didnt need to stick to a strict 9-5 job as long as 40 hours of work was done per week for a fulltime) - 100% remote - Onsite Teambuilding (sometimes the company will fly everyone to the same on site for morale boosting, team building, and updates that need to be in person) - The people were honestly very fun and understanding to be around
Cons
- Company wasn't profitable at the time (This lead to a few layoffs) - Limited team documentation (Few key people know how everything is done, job security if you become that critical)

The company overall is a good one to work at. It is small which means lots of opportunity to make changes
Cons
I think the leadership team could do a better job at explaining what the company's strategy and execution plan is.
