1. Salaries on time: We get our Salary on the 1st of the month every time except for our bank issues. 2. Approval of leave: Every time I ask for any kind of leaves, it gets approved most of the time. 3. Co-workers: The atmosphere is very friendly with the friendlier colleagues. 4. Place to learn: Apart from your everyday work you can learn new things in your off time.
Cons
1. Salary Package is decent, neither too high nor too low.
