I loved working at Spring Hill ISD - Intermediate. The principal and assistant principal at the time (I left in 2020) were extremely supportive, caring, and personable. They also believed in teacher development and allowed me to attend continuing ed classes of my choosing. The office staff were all extremely helpful as well. Of course, the student and families were amazing too. This is a great school district.

None, besides the teacher pay, but that's a State of Texas problem, not an SHISD problem.
