Pros

The level of transparency about the company strategy and reasons behind business decisions is refreshing. Everyone is really friendly and hard work is recognised. There is shared accountability and it's a pleasure to work with so many talented people.

Cons

It can be fast-paced at times - those familiar with life in a scale-up business will be able to relate!

Wonderfully imperfect startup still working to improve

Pros

All startups are intense and imperfectly formed and Springpod is no different. It does have a wonderful mission and team though, which for me is the most important thing. I love the problem we're trying to solve and the way we're going about it. There's no shortage of problems to solve and work to do, but it does mean that no two days are the same.

Cons

As we're trying to grow and make a bigger impact it does mean there's a lot of pressure to perform, which at times can be overwhelming. We are all trying to figure it out as we go, so inevitably we make a good number of mistakes, but I think we're getting better day by day.

Dog-friendly office and strong growth culture with opportunities to develop professionally. Great office location with good accessibility. Good work-life balance with flexible working options available. Engaging projects providing opportunities to work on meaningful and impactful work.

Cons

More structured training programs would help employees upskill and grow faster. The Liverpool office feels quieter compared to the London office. More social events and team-building activities would enhance the company culture further.
